Natalia Velez

Originally from South America and now proudly a U.S. citizen, she is experienced in training and implementing in diverse cultures.  Natalia has taken several customer service and quality positions with manufacturing companies where she became an ISO 9000 expert. Her MBA in International Business and Marketing has enabled her to develop customized training and implementation programs in customer service, sales and marketing. Her 18 years of manufacturing background and her extensive education has helped her convert advanced concepts into simple, practical tools.

Gordon M. Kirkpatrick

Has successfully held many positions in the Manufacturing and Service industries: Materials Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice president of Operations and President of a multinational division.  Gordon has been providing training and consluting services to international companies for over 32 years.  He is skilled in many areas of manufacturing and company operations.  He continues to lead our staff to successful implementations solutions for our clients.
